Dear Parents

 We are writing to invite you to our Information and Meet the Academic Tutor Evening.

Year 11	Tuesday, 15th September 2026
Year 12 & 13	Wednesday, 16th September 2026

 

On the evening, we offer an individual 5 minute appointment with your child’s Academic Tutor, as well as a 30 minute presentation from one of our Assistant Principals about what students will be learning across their subjects this year and how you can support them.

During the presentation we will run through essential information, including how our Homework system works and how you can help with this.

We will also spend a little time showing parents how they can navigate our website to check all this easily when they need to.

Individual appointments with Academic Tutors begin at 4.50pm and finish at 5.50pm for the presentation which runs from 6 – 6.30pm. Individual appointments with Academic Tutors will then run again from 6.30 – 7.30pm. The individual appointments will be kept to 5 minutes in order to avoid keeping people waiting.
