Young Farmers

The Brockhill Farm has a very active Young Farmers’ Club, which provides social opportunitiesand is headed by Sixth Form members. All students are welcome to join.


Duke of Edinburgh

The Duke of Edinburgh Scheme is running at Brockhill and provides an excellent opportunity to complete the Silver or Gold Awards. These are highly valued and can bethe clincher in interviews, whether for employment or university.



There are many opportunities for you to join in with special activities dedicated to the Sixth Form or the general activities of the school. The sports facilities can be used for recreation – badminton, tennis, football and use of the gym in the fitness suite.


Dance, Drama and Music

Every year impressive shows are put on which demonstrate the professionalism and high standard of performance of our Sixth Form Dance, Music and Drama Students.


Links with the younger students

The Sixth Form is a valuable part of the wider school community. The involvement of Sixth Formers with younger year groups is an important part of daily school life. Sixth Formers take a lead in the School Council with the Head Boy and Head Girl being chosen from year 12, and the Peer Buddy scheme.
