Assessments Update

Dear Parents,

I am writing to you to apologise for the technical difficulty with SIMS Learning Gateway, which has resulted in Assessments not yet being available to you on SIMS Learning Gateway.

Unfortunately, the issue is not ‘at the Brockhill end’ and we are reliant on a service provider to resolve the issue, which thus far they have not succeeded in doing. Our IT staff are liaising with the service provider several times daily, in order to try and obtain quick resolution of the issue.

Moving forward, we are actively investigating other means of communicating future assessment information to parents, which hopefully will prove more reliable.

In the meantime, thank you for your patience and Best Wishes to all students for the second week of the holiday.
